Users and Roles: Our TMS is web-based, which means you can share secure access to anyone in your network with an internet connection. Some users may need full access, whereas others may only need limited access. You will have the opportunity to decide the levels of visibility each user is granted.
Operations Process: Utilize all of our services or pick only those that match your needs. Our TCL team can handle your order entry, rate shopping, freight tendering, freight acceptance/rejection, freight updates, and reporting to name a few. Choose the ones you need now and add more as your business grows. The choice is up to you.
Reports: Canned transportation reports don’t always tell the full story. Although our TMS is very robust in the number and types of reports it can generate, you are never limited to choosing from a canned list. At any time, our team can build custom transportation reports based on your own specific criteria so you have the opportunity to measure the information important to your business.
Documents: Our TMS delivers documents that are personalized for your company in both appearance and functionality. By including as little or as much information as desired, you can be sure your key shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and freight tenders are all unique to your business needs.
User Interface: Your access to our TMS is designed with your operating style in mind. Each user will have a tailored user interface, allowing for quick access to frequently needed information. The entire system is also custom branded with your logo so it truly becomes your own transportation system.
