Unlike other TMS providers, Trinity Logistics' Designed Solutions team offers three levels of service in order to accommodate your unique situation. The service option you select will depend on your company’s internal framework, hierarchy of roles, as well as your technological capabilities. Trinity can become as integrated and supportive as you require.
Our three service options include:
► Internal (Self-Service)
► Outsourced
► Collaborative
Internal, or the “self-service” model, requires the least involvement from our staff. Clients that select this option have their own internal transportation staff with established roles that will utilize our TMS system. Our team will stand ready to assist as needed for custom report creation or other types of system support. Our role is to make certain your internal team is using the TMS to its fullest potential.
Outsourcing your freight to Trinity requires the most involvement from our staff. Clients that select this option tend not to have their own internal transportation staff. By taking advantage of not only our software, but also our experienced team, this option reduces fixed cost expenditures while creating supply chain efficiencies.
Collaborating between the first two models is a third service option. Clients that select collaboration assign duties to both their internal team as well as Trinity’s staff in order to achieve an end product that works for their unique needs.
